With each new edition, the Dharamshala International Film Festival (DIFF) has gone from strength to strength. But maintaining sufficient funding for DIFF is a constant challenge. After all, the festival is non-profit and independently funded by the goodwill and support of those who recognise the importance of cinema and art.
