Little Hands tells the story of Jobin George, a sixth grader, as he sits through a difficult mathematics examination. With hostile classmates all around, their pencils in motion, and a strict teacher on the prowl, Jobin loses hope. This examination forces Jobin to answer several difficult questions, some of them in mathematics and some others.

Rohin Raveendran Nair

Rohin Raveendran Nair is an early career filmmaker based out of New Delhi, India. While pursuing his undergraduate studies in Journalism from the University of Delhi Rohin joined a two month filmmaking workshop in Delhi under the mentorship of award-winning documentary filmmaker, Kavita Joshi. The workshop was his first practical experience in filmmaking and concluded with the short film, Kaash (I Wish), written and co-directed by him. Since then he has been part of numerous film appreciation and screenplay workshops and in 2012 was chosen for a short-term course in editing at the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India. Little Hands, his latest short film required him to don the hat of a director, writer, producer, cinematographer and editor! It has done well on the festival circuit and travelled to nine different countries, as Official Selection,ranging from France to South Korea besides winning countless awards and recognitions in India and a jury prize in Estonia. Rohin is currently working on the script for his next short film, which has a woman telephone operator as protagonist.
