A found diary triggers memories and leads a filmmaker to uncover harrowing stories of accused witches in remote Assamese villages. Through Manjula, the daughter of an accused witch, the film meditates on memory, the act of remembering, the depiction and archival of trauma.

Pranami Koch is an artist, designer and filmmaker who graduated with a Masters in Design from the National Institute of Design. Her debut film as a director, Boi Thaka, was showcased at Visions du Reel Film Market and had its world premiere at the International Short Documentary Film Festival of Kerala (IDSFFK) in 2024.
