Dear Sahithya is a tender filmic letter chronicling the transformative journey of Sahithya, a trans non-binary individual embracing their true self. The documentary intimately captures Sahithya’s double incision mastectomy, a milestone in their quest for self-acceptance.

Leo Paapam primarily worked as a photographer while assisting various filmmakers and content creators in their attempts to learn and teach filmmaking. Their work as an assistant includes an experimental Haryanvi film, a web series from Kashmir, and collaborations with other content creators. Dear Sahithya is their debut film.
