Vishal Jejurkar grew up in a small village in Maharashtra, India. Although academically trained as a doctor, his true passion lay in the cinematic arts. While studying in medical school, he pursued his dreams and became a self-taught filmmaker. His last three short films have been screened at over 40 international film festivals
