This crime-thriller-cum-road-movie is based on the 1995 Kuratong Baleleng
massacre in Manila. On what should have been just another night on the job,
police officers Esquivel and Corazon receive a phone call that triggers a series
of events that will go down as the biggest police conspiracy in Philippine
history. The order seems simple enough at first—fix an arrest mix-up by taking
the notorious Kuratong Baleleng robber gang to Camp Crame where they will
be released. But, mid-transport, the orders change and Esquivel and company
find themselves with a choice between obeying their superiors or doing what
they feel is right.
