Renuka Shahane is a celebrated Indian actress and filmmaker. Her directorial debut, Rita (2009), was critically acclaimed, while Tribhanga (2021) won Best Screenplay and Best Story at the SWA Awards 2022. Her first animated short, Loop Line (Dhhaavpatti), won multiple international awards and qualified for the Oscar long list.
