Chand Kr. Rai (R.C.) is a self-taught filmmaker from Bhutan. He has made two feature films and leads the Art for People initiative, using film and performing art to inspire and engage youth. His work spans fiction, documentaries, PSAs and educational films, contributing to the growth of Bhutanese cinema.
