Geetha, a woman in her fifties, is a play school teacher and twice-divorced, with a history of postpartum depression. Her life takes a turn when Madhavan, her second husband, attacks her for attempting to meet their younger child, who remains in his custody. The assault leaves Geetha physically injured and triggers an epileptic fit that deepens her isolation and depression. Seeking comfort, she immerses herself in caring for the children at the play school, while her close friends, Hamza and Uma, offer support. However, things fall apart when she is falsely accused of causing a child’s death at the school. Just as she loses everything, Geetha receives a diagnosis – she is terminally ill, with no means to afford treatment.
